1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DriveZone India's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

DriveZone India provides professional driver services for vehicle pickup and drop for service centers, corporate clients, and individual car owners. Our drivers are trained, verified, and background-checked professionals.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Bookings must be submitted at least 2 hours before the required service time.
• Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup are free of charge.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• DriveZone reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of driver unavailability, with prior notice to the customer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the time of pickup.
• Accurate pickup and drop-off location details must be provided.
• The customer is responsible for the vehicle's insurance and road-worthiness.
• Any pre-existing damage must be reported before the driver takes possession.

5. Driver Conduct

All DriveZone drivers are instructed to maintain professional conduct, follow traffic rules, and treat customer vehicles with utmost care. Any misconduct can be reported to us immediately.

6. Liability

While DriveZone takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle, we shall not be held liable for:

• Damage arising from vehicle mechanical failure or pre-existing conditions.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Theft or loss of personal items left in the vehicle.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the agreed service charges. Prices are subject to change. Any applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms. Invoices will be provided upon request.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
